On our way to the Jurassic Coast, we stopped at Seven Sisters, another set of chalk cliffs along the southern coast. As we walked to the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to find…ponies!

I certainly wouldn’t call them semi-wild Exmoor ponies, but it was fun to see them. T3 went from elation to terror as one of the extra-friendly ponies took a mouthful of his backpack!

Seven Sisters is named for the seven chalk peaks, or hills, but there are actually eight! We only got to see one!

T1 was up for a stroll, so we walked all the way to the cliff to have a closer look.

It was a beautiful day and lovely walk before getting back in the car!
